Returns Policy

At Boutique Lucia Amalfi, we want you to be completely happy with every item you order. If a product doesn't fully meet your expectations, you can request a return under the conditions set out below. Please read this policy carefully before returning an item.
Return conditions
- You can request a return only after you have physically received the item.
- Return shipping costs, including any customs duties or international charges, are the customer's responsibility.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
- Items may be tried on, but must not have been worn.
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of them are not accepted.
How to request a return
- Send a return request by email to info@boutiquelucia.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Our team will provide you with the correct return address for our logistics partner.
- Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties and shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.
- Keep your tracking information until your return has been confirmed as received.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at our partner's warehouse and checked, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
Liability and limitations
- We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit where tracking shows the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If the customer provides an incorrect address, Boutique Lucia Amalfi cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems.
- Any address correction must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
Damaged or faulty items
If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@boutiquelucia.com, attaching photographs of the issue. We'll review your request and offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please follow the returns procedure and place a new order for the item you want.
