Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

Estimated Delivery Times

The average delivery time is 5–12 working days, depending on your location and local postal service. Delays may occur during busy periods, holidays or postal checks. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as some factors during transit are outside our control.

Delivery is free on all orders. There are no hidden costs — the price you see is the final price.

Order Tracking

Our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with all your tracking details. You can follow your parcel directly using the link in the email, or visit our Track Your Order page, where you can enter the email address you used at checkout and your order number to view your delivery status. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

Can't find your tracking email? Please check your spam or junk folder too — automated emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, write to us at info@boutiquelucia.com and we'll help you straight away.

Responsibility and Delivery

• If tracking confirms that the parcel was delivered to the address provided, Boutique Lucia Amalfi is not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery.
• Please check your delivery details carefully before completing checkout. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional costs may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If tracking shows no updates for a long period or your order appears delayed, contact us at info@boutiquelucia.com. We'll check the status of your parcel with the courier and update you as soon as possible.
